Hide Sushi我已經不知道寫了幾遍啦!沒辦法,我們就是很愛Hide Sushi,我已經算是偶爾去公園先生家那邊才會跟他一起吃,他自己是平均一個星期都會去吃兩天呢!我們真的很愛Hide Sushi,怎麼吃都吃不膩,希望大家看那麼多次也不會膩啦!

星期四晚上Hide生意超好,等位的人太多,我們就改成買外賣,在店裡從服務生到掌櫃到收碗盤的老墨都會跑來跟公園先生打招呼,可見他真的是常客啊!介紹這麼多次,大家已經知道我們覺得這家日本料理超好吃,所以這篇就寫少一點,照片多一點,這次我走的是「你可以再靠近一點之超魄力震撼近距離毛孔照」風格,壽司都是照很近很近那種啦!這樣雖然跟以前吃的都是一樣的東西,但是照片看起來還是不太一樣的,後!我真是有夠用心在寫食記的啦!哈哈!


鮭魚皮沙拉 Salmon Skin Salad (US$5.70)

先來一盤開胃的鮭魚皮沙拉。




味增湯 Miso Soup (US$1.20)

吃日本料理不可少的味增湯。


壽司 Sushi & Rolls (US$31.50)

這次點了四道壽司和三種壽司捲,不管我們每次點什麼,怎麼點,Hide總是可以把所有東西漂漂亮亮的裝一盒。


海膽壽司 Sea Urchin Sushi (US$5.70)

超鮮甜海膽壽司兩枚。


魚肝壽司 Monkfish Liver Sushi (US$4.60)

我們最最愛的魚肝壽司,但是.... 這天的魚肝口感稍微硬了一點,感覺有一點點小小失望。


白鮪魚壽司 Albacore Sushi (US$4.00)

我熱愛搭配ponzu柚子醬的壽司,白鮪魚壽司就是每吃必點的一道。


比目魚壽司 Halibut Sushi (US$4.00)

比目魚也是我愛的壽司之一,口感比較脆,發現我好現鍾愛白魚類(white fish)。


壽司捲 Sushi Rolls (US$13.20)



三種不同的壽司捲,每捲切四片。


青蔥黃尾魚壽司捲 Yellowtail (chopped) + Scallion Roll (US$4.20)

這是三款壽司捲裡面我們最喜歡的,切碎的黃尾魚泥配上一點青蔥,無敵好吃。


魚卵干貝壽司捲 Scallop + Special Sauce (smelt egg + mayonnaise) (US$4.50)

魚卵干貝壽司捲吃起來非常甘甜,好新鮮的干貝。


辣鮪魚壽司捲 Spicy Tuna (chopped) + Kaiware + Special Sauce (US$4.50)

加了苜蓿芽的辣鮪魚壽司捲,唉呀!這張照片照失敗啦!

    觉得近距离和远距离是不大一样。。。
    近距离的更让人食欲大增亚(555。。。我在减肥拉~XD)
    我什么鱼都喜欢。。。。。属猫的。。最好是生鱼。。濮
    不过我从来不吃那个醋饭。。因为碰不到好吃的呀~~~

  3. Ankimo世界無敵好吃的!我在想點成Ankimo Sashimi的話份量不知道是多少咧..

    白肉魚偏向有咬勁一點的感覺,紅肉魚味道比較濃一點.

    我吃過最好吃的普通Tuna是在West Covina那邊附近的Akasaka說,

    Tuna端上來感覺像Medium Toro咧!

    Hide的傳統壽司捲(有包蛋啊瓢瓜那些的)份量十足,也便宜又好吃喔!

    我打算下次點豆皮壽司跟傳統壽司捲的COMBO, 看看簡單的東西他們下的功夫如何.

    服務員裡有個外國媽媽,她的魚類發音真的是我聽過最準確的,每次都逗的我跟我朋友哈哈大笑 :D

    I would like to recommend you to try another great Japanese Sushi store in Irvine. Its name is Taiko.
    I believe you could find its location from online search!!

    我也去吃過太閣,Combo好吃沒錯份量也很大.

    Sushi...我大力推薦他們的Salmon跟Tuna還有Hamachi..可是他們的Spicy Tuna roll就很醜說..

    辣我印象中挺辣的,可是賣相真的不好,感覺像是邊邊老墨包的.

    噢對了, 他們味增湯是我唯一覺得好喝的味增湯, 會讓我要求再來一碗的那種好喝,

    不知道Krist你愛吃哪一道?

    好像你去很多日本餐廳都在那附近...

    就短短一條街
    但是街上有日本超市、餐廳、卡拉OK、服飾店、髮廊、旅行社等等
    都是日本人開的
    有空你可以去逛逛喔

  11. OK Eileen, I am so coming to LA. Just to try Hide! Think I'm joking? He he, I'm NOT JOKING!!!!

    I am going to my flight, but first I have to comb through your blogs to figure out which are your top 10 LA picks...

    By the way, when I go to Pinkberry (in NYC) now, I pack my own huge serving of berries. I go to Wholefood and buy the freshest berries and after I wash them I put them (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries) in a plastic bag. By the time that I get to the Pinkberry store, all of these berries have become meshed, and juicy. I then dump this bag of berries soaked in their natural huices over the smallest yogurt serving, and you should see the beauty of this combination. The berries are intensely black, and the juices are purple, over one little pile of snow white yogurt. The final berry to yogurt ratio is 5:1, and it is utterly delicious.

    That's a great idea. Bring your own fresh berries topping to Pinkberry.
    One time I saw a girl added a few topping to her Pinkberry and the bill was like $10.
    I was amazed how people would pay that kind of money just for yogurt and fruits.

  13. finally I went to Hide sushi tonight
    their sashimi is really fresh and delicious, I love them!!
    I also went to Joe's for brunch.
    Their House Smoked Red Trout with Poached Eggs, Dill & Onion Toast, Dill Hollandaise & Trout Caviar is amazingly tasty!!
    (by the way, they raised price, it's $1~$2 more than website's price)
    No wonder people call Joe's is the NO.1 brunch in LA.
