We seriously love Sango Sushi.  We go there like once a week now.

"Super" Sushi A La Carte ($16.80)
Tuna, white fish, shrimp, salmon, yellowtail, squid, octopus, fresh water eel, albacore, masago, uni & ikura

For this take-out order, Dr. P got "Super" Sushi A La Carte.  It was expensive because there were uni and ikura.  But it was so worth it.  Both uni and ikura were super good.  Just look how much uni they gave us!  This is a small take-out type of Japanese restaurant.  I would never expect they have sushi like this.  Everything was super fresh.  We talked about going back for sushi next time.

California Roll ($4.40)

I ordered beef udon soup, but didn't take a picture.  We had a coupon to get a free California roll or spicy tuna roll when ordering $20.  Dr. P asked for free spicy tuna roll, but came http://www.eileenlikestoeat.com with California roll.  Oh well.  The California Roll was pretty good, and it was free so no complaint.

Chirashi Sushi ($7.95)
Tuna, shrimp, salmon, white fish, albacore, squid, octopus, and cooked vegetables with egg over sushi rice

Dr. P likes the sushi he had the other day soooo much.  So we went back for more.  This time we dined at the restaurant.  I like it so much better that way because the food was presented beautifully in Japanese rice box.  EVERYTHING was exceptional!  Absolutely love the Chirashi Sushi.  Really fresh seafood.

Bento Box ($8.10)

I got a Bento Box.  So much food!  Teriyaki chicken, shrimp and vegetable tempura, salmon (it was blocked by the tamago egg and fish cake), vegetable, edamame, seaweed, pickle, and rice.  Everything was delicious.  All that was only $8.

Uni Sushi ($4.50)

We saw people from another table ordering uni sushi, and kept on going "Mmmmm yummm that was sooooo good".  We couldn't resist the temptation, and had to order one to try for ourselves.  Yup, they were definitely right.  It was really really good.  And yup, it was a Hispanic guy behind the counter making sushi.  And he did a great job!

Yellowtail Sushi ($3.10)

Dr. P also ordered his favorite sushi, Yellowtail.  It was fresh and melt in your mouth soft.  Really really good.

What a surprise!  Who knew a small take out restaurant has high quality sushi like that for dirt cheap price?  I think we found our favorite Japanese restaurant in South Orange County.
