Last time we tried Himalayan cuisine at Himalayan Grill.  This time we went back with Entertainment Book coupon to try their Indian food.

Condiments

The condiments on the table were all very good.  I especially liked the pickled cauliflower.

Crispy Thin Bread

The thin bread tasted good with the sauces and pickled veggies.

Chicken Tikka Masala ($14.95)
Boneless Chicken marinated in spices and yogurt tandoored in clay oven then blended in our delicious sauce

Chicken Tikka Masala was delicious and creamy.  The chicken was very tender.  The tikka masala sauce was so good with rice and bread.

Saag Lamb ($13.95)
Gingered lamb cooked with garden fresh green spinach

Saag is my favorite Indian vegetarian dish.  I wanted to order Saag, then I saw Saag Lamb on the menu.  Why not get saag and lamb at the same time?  The lamb was already good, and it was double good when mixed with saag.  This dish was addicting.  I couldn't stop eating it.

Basmati Rice

Most of the Indian restaurants we've been to do not include rice with the dishes.  But Himalayan Grill does.  I like free rice.  The waiter brought us a second serving when he saw the bowl was almost emptied.

Garlic Naan ($3.50)
Stuffed with chopped garlic and cilantro baked in our tandoori oven, soft & puffy bread

We had to have Garlic Naan with the two delicious dishes.  The garlic naan was soft and garlicky.  Yum!

Himalayan Grill is really really good.  We love the food here.  The plaza is right on the pier.  It's fun to walk around the pier after dinner.  We actually caught the Christmas boat parade there that night.  We will definitely be back again soon.
