We went back to Capital Seafood for dim sum again.  It's expensive, and the food is just ok.  But it's only like 2 minutes away from where we live.  So here we go again.

蝦子燒賣皇 Pork Shiu Mai ($3.25)

Gotta have my Shiu Mai when I have dim sum.  If I don't have Shiu Mai, then it just doesn't feel like dim sum for me.

金都蝦餃皇 Shrimp Har Gow ($3.25)

Shrimp Har Gow is another item I always get.  The shrimp Har Gow at Capital was pretty good.

香茜叉燒腸粉 BBQ Pork Rice Noodle ($4.25)

Last time we had Shrimp Rice Noodle.  This time we ordered BBQ Pork Rice Noodle.  I like this one better because they added cilantro with the BBQ pork.  We like cilantro!

蜂巢芋角 Deep Fried Scallop & Taro Dumplings ($3.25)

Dr. P picked Deep Fried Scallop & Taro Dumplings because neither of us had tried it before.  The crispy layer was tasty.  Inside was a layer of sweet and creamy mashed taro, then shrimp, meat, and scallop.  Yum!  We like this one a lot.

金蒜蒸排骨 Steamed Spare Ribs with Garlic ($2.25)

Steamed Spare Ribs with Garlic.  Just like last time, it was really oily, but tasty.

豆腐花 Sweet Tofu Soup ($2.25)

Last time they gave us seperate syrup to add to the Sweet Tofu Soup.  This time they already added the syrup so the soup was sweet.

I really like the service at Capital Seafood.  Everyone was friendly and always smiling.  But I still think the food is pricey since I am more used to the SGV dim sum price.  Is there any other dim sum place in Irvine besides Capital Seafood?
