One thing I really like about living in Irvine is that we get tons of coupons in the mail all the time. We got a "buy 1 entree get 1 free" coupon from T.G.I. Friday's. Jack Daniel's ribs here we come!
Not too many people at dinner on a week night. But more people showed up for drinks after dinner time.
Jack Daniel's Glazed Ribs ($17.99)
Our full rack of Cajun–spiced baby back pork ribs is fire–grilled and basted with our Jack Daniel's glaze.
Who doesn't like Jack Daniel's Glazed Ribs? Those ribs were tender and juicy. The Jack Daniel's sweet glaze was so delish. We finished this whole rack of baby back ribs in no time.
Sizzling Chicken & Shrimp
Sauteed garlic chicken breast and shrimp, tossed in bruschetta marinara and served on a sizzling platter with onions & peppers and melted Mexican and American cheeses. All that cheese, plus mashed potatoes on the side.
The guy who sat next to us ordered this dish. The smell of garlic and onion made us really hungry so we decided to order the same dish. Chicken was so soft and tender. How did they make chicken breast that tender? The shrimp was great. Melted cheese, tomato, onion, garlic garlic and garlic.... so tasty! The mashed potatoes was really good, too. This dish was really good. But it probably has like 2000 calories.
Ribs and chicken for under $20 with the coupon. Bargain! We have one more coupon left to use before end of August. Probably will visit again in a few days.
