[Bread Machine] Granola Bread

I like Granola, and thought Granola Bread sounds yummy. But my bread didn't turn out good. It was really hard and dry. The bread didn't even come out as a regular "bread shape". Perhaps I didn't measure the ingredients right?

Granola Bread
from The Bread Lover’s Bread Machine Cookbook

(1 1/2-Pound Loaf)

1 1/8 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 1/8 cups bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups granola
1 tablespoon gluten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons SAF yeast

1. Place all the ingredients in the pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions. Set crust on medium and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.

2. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
