[Shopping] iPad 2

When iPad came out, I wanted one. But I kept on thinking, do I need one? So I thought about it, thought about it, and thought about it. Then iPad 2 came out, and I was still thinking about it. On the day it came out, I thought about it hard and long. I did research online. I discussed it with Dr. P and friends. Then the next day, I finally decided to order it on Apple's website. So it was March 12th when I ordered, I think. The estimated delivery date was like April 4th or something like that. But it came early. I got my iPad 2 on March 28th!


iPad 2 Wi-Fi 64GB ($699.00) / iPad Smart Cover ($39.00)

I decided to get 64GB because I am not the type that would upgrade whenever a new version comes out. I plan to keep my iPad 2 as long as it works, which will probably be a long long time. So I went for the 64GB. Also I didn't want to pay extra $$$ every month for 3G, and I mostly use iPad at home or Wi-Fi available places like coffee shops, so 3G is not necessary for me.




Being a girl, of course I pick the white one. For the Smart Cover, I picked orange. I love the bright color. Makes me happy every time I open the cover on my iPad.



I am very much in love with my iPad 2. I use it daily. I can check my emails quickly, browse websites when I'm in bed, play games when I am bored, read news every morning, listen to music, even watch TV or Netflix on it. The only thing to complain about is the camera. iPad2's camera sucks!



I like browsing Apple's app store and find fun, interesting, and FREE apps to download. Maybe I'll have a new sections dedicated to apps I recommend?

After using iPad 2 for a few weeks, I really like how easy and fun it is to use Apple products. Then when Teddy and Twinkle chewed up my laptop power cord, I used Dr. P's iMac for a week.  After that, I told Dr. P that my next laptop will be an Apple computer. So one day we were at Irvine Spectrum, and went in to the Apple store to take a look. I plan to just "take a look", and went home with a MacBook Pro! I posted about my new found love for Apple on Facebook. A friend commented back "welcome to the darkside!" haha.... I guess now I've switched to the darkside, I'll never go back again!
