[Aliso Viejo] [Burger] Fatburger

I had a print coupon from Fatburger: Buy any big fat deal (burger, fries & drink) and get a fatburger for free.  Lucky for us, there's Fatburger right by our house.

Fatburger + Cheese + Egg
1/3 lb fresh, never frozen lean beef. Mustard, relish, onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce, mayo.

The burger looked messy when we opened the paper bag at http://www.eileenlikestoeat.com.  But it smelt really good.

Mine was Fatburger plus cheese and a fried egg.  I LOVE having the egg in my burger.  This one was super yummy!  The beef tasted really fresh.

Fatburger + Cheese + Chili
1/3 lb fresh, never frozen lean beef. Mustard, relish, onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce, mayo.

Dr. P got a cheeseburger with chili added.  I thought their chili just tasted alright.  Tommy's Burger's chili is way better.

Fat Fries

Love their Fat Fries.  So soft in the center.  I don't want to be fat, but I ate them all.

Then they gave us another coupon to use for next time.  haha....

This Fatburger was really good.  One time we had Fatburger at this Los Angeles location, and it was horrible.  The printable coupon expires at the end of February.  Lots of time for you to go grab a free burger!  Enjoy!!

  1. I don't like Fatburger, ate once at West Covina location. Horrible food. Maybe I will have better luck in OC. :)

I tried Fatburger for the first time in West Covina.
I like it a lot, but that was many many years ago.

  2. Fatburger was much much better in the 80's and 90's. They've been acquired many times over by investment groups so the company operates to turn a profit every year to its shareholders vs making great burgers. Hence the inconsistencies. The best fatburger ever was one of the og locations on la cienega and san vincente in LA. Many fond memories of my parents taking me there as a youth. Not there anynmore.

I hope they would lower their price.
Or they can't really compete with In-N-Out.

  3. If you can, you should try Five Guys Burgers (sorry didn't check to see if you've reviewed one yet)...think they have some franchises in OC. I tried the one of the two in San Diego and it was satisfying though the price was more than In n Out and the flavor was much different.

That's the burger place President Obama likes, right?
Definitely will try out the place!
