Banana Sandwich Loaf
Found this recipe for Banana Sandwich Loaf in The Bread Lover’s Bread Machine Cookbook. There's also a recipe for banana bread, but I don't have all the ingredients on hand.
This bread was really yummy. No sugar added, but naturally sweet from the banana. There's only a slight hint of banana in the bread. I could taste tiny pieces of banana in some bite.
What is banana sandwich loaf good with? Peanut butter of course! This was soooooooo yummy!

My sister just give me her Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme 2-Pound-Loaf Breadmaker.
Hers is better, but also more expensive.
