[Cook] Scrambled Egg with Green Onion

Very fast and easy breakfast. Green onion adds more flavor to plain scrambled egg.


Scrambled Egg with Green Onion

1 Egg
1/2 tablespoon chopped green onion
splash of milk, cream, or water
salt
pepper
Olive oil

1. Mixed all ingredients in a bowl. Beat egg mixture slightly.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet. Coat pan with olive oil. Pour egg mixture on pan. Cook until egg is done.

Yeild: 1 serving

I served the eggs with turkey bacon and sliced banana. :-)

  1. My mom adds green onions to scrambled eggs too! I love it, something about it makes the eggs really tender and flavorful.
