After lunch at Whole Foods, since Chick-Fil-A is right next door, I all of a sudden got the urge for some of their delicious Chicken Strips.  I LOVE Chick-Fil-A chicken strips.  So tender and flavorful!

Chick-Fil-A Nuggets (12) ($4.45)

But then as we were going through drive-thru, I changed my mind.  I've never tried their chicken nuggets before.  Why not try something new?  We got my favorite Polynesian sauce.  Dr. P was a sauce bandit and got Chick-fil-A sauce, buttermilk ranch sauce, and buffalo sauce.  He also got a peach milkshake.  The shake was a little watery, but still good.  The one I got from Walnut location was better though.  I like how you get little pieces of fresh peach in the shake.

What I like most about Chick-Fil-A Nuggets is that it was made with real chicken.  They were big pieces of chicken breast meat.  Other than that, we didn't like the nuggets.  It was way too salty, and the meat was a bit dry.  We both thought the chicken strips were way better.  But maybe it was an off day?  We love their spicy chicken sandwich, but also got one that didn't taste so good one day.

I really like Chick-Fil-A.  If you haven't done so, you can get a free spicy chicken sandwich HERE.

  1. That is too bad about the salty nuggets, because it is my fave item of their menu. It has always been very tasty, but I usually have chick-fi-la either at Ontario or Long beach. Wish there is a closer one in SGV.

I like the chicken strips more though.
But all of their items are great. Much better than any other fast food restaurants.

  2. I tried the peach milkshake when it first came out like two months ago, and it was too sweet for my taste. They definitely have better fried chicken strips and nuggets than other places. I like the former better but my husband likes the latter. I do agree they are a little to the salty side.

The chicken strips were never salty, just the nuggets for me.
I love sweets! haha.... Maybe that's why I like the peach milkshake so much.
