Such a heart-warming film...It reminded me of the great reunion of Christian the lion (seen on the right side among the other youtube videos)...Have you see that famous video, Eileen?
Yup, I've seen it. And that was exactly the video I thought of when I saw this gorilla video. I cried every time when I saw how the gorilla was hugging the guy and wouldn't let him go. ~~~>_<~~~
A few years ago I watched a show on CH 28 where host Huell Howser reunited a very old and dying former elephant trainer with his beloved old elephant that he had not seen since he had to give it away many years ago (I don't remember how long it was---but it may have been 10+ years). Experts said that there was virtually no chance that the elephant would remember him, but when the old man went to the edge of the railing the elephant immediately left his other elephant friends and walked over to the old guy who was calling him. It was so heartwarming to watch the two of those old creatures interacting with each other! (but so sad when the old man said his final goodbye).
I tried to search for the video on internet, but had no luck. I did found out that the old man and the elephant both passed away. Animals can love just like humans do. I don't know... it made me feel that cattle, sheep, pig, etc... all can have the same feelings. Now I feel guilty eating them.

I was crying like a baby when I watching the lion and gorilla reunion videos, so touched my heart deeply. the true LOVE.
