Las Vegas Day

Time went by too fast in Vegas. It was our last day there. We toured Paris and Planet Hollywood before heading back to Los Angeles.

New York New York is right next to our hotel, Monte Carlo. The roller coaster looks like a lot of fun, espeically night time. We didn't have time (and I am too chicken) to go on it though.

Paris looks stunning at night time. During the day, it has a different ambiance.

We sat around the beautiful fountain for a bit to rest our legs and cool off with the water mist.

The 1/2 scale replica of Eiffel Tower is exquisite.

You can purchase a ticket to ride to the top of the Eiffel Tower for panoramic view of the valley from 460 feet above the ground. There's a restaurant locating on the 11th floor of the tower.

We saw this statue right when we entered Paris. Copycat Dr. Park just had to pose for a picture. haha....

We walked around the "village". You are indoor but feel like outdoor. It's 10 in the morning but feels like 4 in the afternoon. You're in Las Vegas but feel like in Paris. That's the magic of Las Vegas.

This is Paris' gambling area. If you would like to gambling outdoor on the street (well, pretend to be), Paris is the casino for you.

The under construction City Center is right next to Bellagio. The City Center is enormous. We definately want to come back for a visit when City Center opens.

Bellagio during the day. Not as pretty as night time though.

Planet Hollywood is a new casino resort on the strip. The location used to be The Aladdin. After renovation, Planet Hollywood Casino and Resort was opened last year in April. This place reminded me of Virgin Megastore for some reason. Maybe it was the giant billboards or the blasting streaming pop music videos playing on the wall.

The first thing I noticed about Planet Hollywood is how different their dealers look. They only have female dealers. Not just any female dealers, but young and smoking hot female dealers. They wear fiery red bustier, little black brief, fishnet stocking and knee high boots. I played on the blackjack table (my first time playing on a table!). Seriously, I didn't exactly know where to look. When our dealer leaned forward to pass out the cards, I don't know how many people on the table were actually looking at their cards. And the dealers are quite flirtatious too. This is definately a casino for men!

After our buffet brunch, we saw this "red carpet". We asked a guy what is the line for. (At first we thought these people were waiting in line for something.) He said some celebrity is coming, but he doesn't know who.

Who's coming who's coming? Quite an entourage of people he's with.

The Rock! It was The Rock. I didn't get a clear picture of him. He walked by too fast. (Damn, I should've used the video feature on my camera....) When he walked by us, he looked at Dr. Park in the eye, smiled, and said "hey what's up". How come he only smiled at him, but not me???? Then I looked over to Dr. Park. Dr. Park was holding that blue cotton candle for me because I need both hands to take picture. So there he was, goatee, wifebeater tank, looking tough, but with a cotton candy in his hand. No wonder The Rock noticed him and smiled. hahahaha....

I played on this Blackjack machine at Bellagio and won about $60. But I lost both at Monte Carlo and here at Planet Hollywood. The machine was fun, but the odd of winning is way lower than playing on the actual table though.

Time to say goodbye to Las Vegas. What happens in Vegas didn't stay in Vegas for us. We brought back tons of great memory. We had too much fun and didn't really want to come http://www.eileenlikestoeat.com. Hopefully we will be back to Las Vegas soon. :)
