Chocolate, Cakes & Salad at Work

這篇把上班吃的零食和便當一起寫吧！同事Sojia回歐洲兩星期，回來上班帶了巧克力請我們，剛好又是他生日，我們買了巧克力和草莓蛋糕幫他慶生，這星期帶了三天的沙拉便當，因為下周末要去拉斯維加斯大吃，所以最近吃清淡點囉！



Co-worker Sojia came back from her two weeks vacation in Croatia. She brought back some Bajadera Chocolate for everyone.





This chocolate was really good. Creamy and sweet. Yum!



It was also Sojia's birthday. We bought two cakes for her. One chocolate & pudding cake.



One strawberry & pudding cake. Both are from Ralph's. I had a piece of strawberry cake. It was surprisingly good. The cake was moist and soft. The big strawberry was delicious.



I'm going to Las Vegas this coming weekend. So last week I tried to bring salad for dinner. I like to diet first before I go to my binge eating trip. On Sunday, my salad has greens, tomato, chicken and strawberry. I like to add fruits to my salad. Strawberry is one of my favorite fruit in salad.



Monday's salad has greens, chicken, grape and Spanish rice. Grape is another favorite fruit to add in salad. I like how this salad had all the nutrients I need: fiber from greens, protein from chicken, vitamin C from grape and carb from rice.



Wednesday's salad had greens, tomato, corn, chicken and grape. The cherry tomato was from our backyard. Really fresh and good. I love summer corn. Yummy salad.

People think dieting is hard. But I am really enjoying my salad diet. I think all my salad were delicious. Just perfect for summer.
