Summer is here. So for this month's question, please tell me what is your favorite food in the summer. Please be specific with your answer. For example, if you answer ice cream, please tell me the flavor of the ice cream.
My favorite food in the summer is corn + watermelon. I love anything corn... BBQ corn, corn chowder, corn salad, etc. How can you not love corn? It's just so sweet and... squishy. I just like biting into corn and how the juice just spits out. Watermelon is the best fruit to eat in the summer. It has to be ice cold though. I also like watermelon juice. Talking about corn and watermelon is making me miss Taiwan more. I really miss having a grill corn in one hand and watermelon juice in another while walking around the night market.

My favorite summer food is shaved ice (the Taiwanese kind). My must-have toppings are: 仙草,波霸,湯圓,and 綠豆, hold the condensed milk, and easy on syrup!

天氣熱的話泰國料理一定是王道阿 沒辦法具體描述哪一道 因為只要夠酸辣都好 不然就算青木瓜沙拉好了
冰品的話挫冰芋圓米苔目我通通愛 但是現在最想吃冰豆花加花生跟粉圓
夏天真的很適合吃酸辣的泰國料理耶

ReplyDelete夏天吃冰涼又甜甜又沙沙的西瓜是王道! 我也超愛的, 一次吃1/4顆完全不是問題! 夏天當然也要BBQ, 吃完再吃碗剉冰或冰豆花加粉圓花生都好讚喔~ 簡單一點來杯天仁的檸檬草莓冰沙也是一個棒!
對耶我也喜歡那種沙沙的西瓜 ^^
BBQ也是真的一定要的啦(哈哈我等等就要去吃BBQ午餐啦)
Ha~ Green Bean Sweet Soup is definitely one of my favorite food in summer~ I will make a huge pot and then put it in the fridge~ i also like to add some barley and seaweed in the soup to enrich its texture~ ^.^

Summer - Of course, Taiwanese Style Shaved Ice..well, actually I love all kind of Ice deserts in summer. Well, but if you remember, our moms always tell us not to have cold drinks or ice cream because they are not good for your body (specifically for Female). I remember my grandmother always gives me warm water. You know what? I never listened to them. Now, I wish I had listened to them. As I get older, I feel the difference. Hence, my favorite summer food becomes - Watermelon (Eileen is right, ice cold only), salad, hot dog with onion and ketchup , and apple.

像川菜的水煮系列跟台灣的三杯系列(雖然後者這裡好吃的比較少)
甜食的話我很喜歡吃sprinkles跟frozen yogurt
喔喔喔還有加了一堆碎冰的豆花或是thai tea
好多好多喔~對了我沒在你網址看過介紹sprinkles

summer food? um...I like juice...any kind of juice...I like using my mom's juicer to make my own juice...sometimes it's apple+banana, pineapple+grape, or only watermelon
