The Cottage Restaurant is a little cozy place great for brunch on weekend before heading to the beach.
Eggs Benedict ($14.50)
Two poached eggs with canadian bacon on an English muffin, topped with Hollandaise sauce.
Dr. P ordered his favorite breakfast item, Eggs Benedict. It was cooked perfectly.
Woods Cove Omelette ($11.75)
A succulent combination of Bay Shrimp, Snow Crab, fresh dill, and swiss cheese.
I ordered Woods Cove Omelette.
Lots of shrimp and crab meat in the soft omelette. Delicious! The potatoes was great, too.
Banana Bread
The omelette comes with toast or banana bread. We picked banana bread. It was warm when our waitress brought it to the table. I want to learn how to make this at home!
We sat in front of the cute fireplace.
The chairs in the waiting area have some history. They were from an old old Laguna Beach theater which is long gone now.
I saw a lot of people with dogs sitting in the patio. Next time we are coming back with Teddy and Twinkle!
