NCL Mexican Riviera Cruise Day 3: Blue Lagoon Breakfast

We arrived at Cabo San Lucas on day 3. We woke up early to go get the tickets for the tender boat. NCL was really unorganized about those "waiting-in-line" things. We waited for about 40 minutes to get our tickets to get off the ship. But before we leave the ship, gotta have some breakfast.

This was the view from our state room window when we woke up.  We were in Cabo!

No way we were going back for the disgusting buffet breakfast.  Instead we headed to Blue Lagoon.

Omelet

The menu was limited, but it had the omelet that I wanted.

My omelet had ham, onions, bell peppers and cheese.  Simple, but good.

Wheat Toast

But the wheat toast was pretty bad.  It tasted like old stale bread.

Express Breakfast

Dr. P got the Express Breakfast, which had scrambled eggs with crisp bacon.  I didn't like the crumbled texture of the scrambled eggs at all.

French Toast

We also got an order of French toast.  This one was great.  Sweet fluffy French toast with maple syrup and warm cherry sauce.  Yum!

Blue Lagoon's breakfast was much much better than the buffet's.  I like their omelet and French toast a lot.  Even their coffee tasted better than the buffet's.  After the satisfying breakfast, Cabo here we come!

  1. I LOVE that feeling of waking up at a new port. I just can't wait to get off the ship to go play.
