Dr. P's friend Richard came to visit from Texas.



There's no good sushi in Taxes so Richard requested Japanese for dinner.



Tokyo Style Mijoto - Yuzu ($7.00)
Our mojitos are made with fresh mint,  light rum, and your choice of fruit.

Not much alcohol in the mijoto, but it tasted yummy.


Tori No Karaage ($8.95)
Crispy Japanese style fried chicken served with our homemade spicy tartar sauce

The fried chicken was surprisingly good. Tender, flavorful, and love the spicy tartar sauce.


Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice ($9.95)
Crispy soy sesame flavored rice topped w/ spicy tuna and pickled jalapeno


Yuzu Hamachi Carpaccio ($13.95)
Thinly sliced yellowtail sashimi with yuzu vinaigrette served with daikon, cherry tomatoes, shiso leaf and pickled wasabi

Simply delicious!


Assorted Nigiri Plate (Pine) ($26.95)

Everything was super fresh. Sweet shrimp, sea urchin, salmon roe, scallop, yellowtail, salmon, and tuna. We loved it!



And they gave us the fried shrimp head from the sweet shrimp nigiri. Lots of gooey goodies inside the head. So yummy!


Stinky Roll ($11.95)
Spicy tuna and cucumber roll, topped with garlic chips, garlic butter, albacore sashimi, vinegar sauce, & green onion

I could eat 3 whole stinky rolls all by myself.


Stir-Fried Yakisoba (Pork) ($8.95)
Stir-fried Japanese old-fashioned yakisoba noodles with your choice of tender pork or beef, served with vegetables



I had a $20 for $40 voucher from Voice Daily Deals. We were very happy with the food, and left with big smiles on our faces.
