Christmas Dinner 2011

Christmas dinner at mother-in-law's house.

Mirabelle Brut Rose

I love this rose sparkling wine!

Kimchi

Most important dish at in-law's house! No matter what we eat, there is always kimchi on the table. :-)

Shrimp Cocktail

Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura

Cocktail Sauce

I made the cocktail sauce with ketchup, wasabi, brown sugar, and lemon. It went well with both shrimp cocktail and tempura. Was a big hit!

Salad with Fruits

Love the blueberries and juicy Korean pear in the salad.

Honey Baked Ham

Asparagus

Mashed Potatoes

Stuffing

Baked Sweet Potatoes with Marshmellow

Dessert time! Oh and more champagne please?

Carrot Cake

I'm so behind on posting... it's too late to say Happy Holidays... so I'll just say... uh... Happy Chinese New Year?!
