Foil Baked Citrus Tilapia

Took a quick look at what I had in the refrigerator.  I didn't have much, but just enough to make a quick fish dish.

I made a very simple citrus tilapia with foil.  When I opened the foil, the citrus aroma smelt so good!

Ingredients are tilapia fillet, onion, garlic, lemon, lime, salt, and lemon pepper.

Just pile everything on top of the seasoned fish, wrap the foil, and bake.  You can also add some butter or olive oil for seasoning.  But since the foil closes in all the moisture, the fish won't stick to the foil even if no oil is added.

You can pretty much cook anything with foil.  Just use a protein (meat, chicken, fish, shrimp, or even tofu), add some fresh vegetable on top, season, and bake.  Easy, healthy, and delicious!

  2. How long do you bake it for and what temperature?

I baked at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
