Dr. Park and I like to go to Thai Town for a quick lunch.  Who doesn't like a bowl of delicious and cheap noodle soup?

Our recent favorite Thai noodle shop is Ord Noodle.  But we've been going there so many times and wanted to try something new.  There are a lot of Thai restaurants along Hollywood Blvd.  And we picked this small noodle shop to try.

Thai Town Noodle is not big.  Only 3 tables and a few counter seats.  The shop is runned by a mom and daughter team.  The mom is the cook and the daughter is the waitress.

Dr. Park started the meal with a cup of Thai Iced Tea.

Their menu is written in Thai, but there are pictures for all the dishes.  I ordered the number 1 noodle soup on the menu.  It was a combination of ground pork, BBQ pork and pork ball in a spicy and sour soup.  I picked the thin vermicelli noodle.  I really like the soup.  It was light yet full of flavor.

Dr. Park ordered his favorite Thai noodle, Beef Noodle Soup.  This dish was heavier than mine.  The soup base tasted very rich.  They also gave us a lot of beef.  Dr. Park likes the thin rice noodle better than the vermicelli.  He was very happy with his order.

I can't remember exact price of the dishes, but they were cheap.  I think it was about $14 including tax and tip.  Their food is delicious.  We'll definately come back again.  One note though, their parking lot is very small and not well designed.  So it's pretty hard to get in and out of.  I would suggest people to find street parking.

Upon leaving, we saw this banner at KT Thai Cuisine across the street.  $2.50 lunch special?  I wonder what can you get for $2.50.  Does anyone want to try it and let me know?  ^^
