We went to Home Depot to get boxes for moving.  We didn't even know Asian Tapas is in the same plaza as Home Depot.  Since the restaurant was right there, we decided to grab an early dinner there.


排骨飯 Pork Chop Rice ($6.99)

We sat outside since the weather was nice.  I ordered Pork Chop Rice.  I didn't think the pork chop looked good on the plate.  It looked rather dry.  But you can't judge a book by its cover.  The pork chop was rather tender.  The breading had really good flavor.  The meat sauce over the rice was just alright though.  I did like the fact that they gave you a lot of green vegetable.



紅燒牛肉麵 Beef Noodle Soup ($6.99)

Dr. P ordered Beef Noodle Soup.  It was just as good as last time.  As much as Dr. P liked the beef noodle soup, he actually said that the pork chop rice was better.



Asian Tapas has pretty good food with reasonable price.  I just remember the last time we went there, the Hainan chicken rice wasn't good.  But I would definitely recommend pork chop rice and beef noodle soup here.
