Dr. P Surfing

Dr. P LOVES surfing.  Sometimes I even think he loves surfing more than he loves me....  I finally went to watch him surf for the first time.



Here's Dr. P's surfer look.




I took a video of him surfing. He's really good. He said he wishes the wave was bigger.

Once I finish my summer internship at the animal shelter, I think I'll go to the beach with him more....

    wow, I'm really only like an average surfer at best... can't believe I'm hopping up and down like that at the end, probably just messin' around since I didn't think I was on video :) that was a fun day though!

    What are you talking about? You're a great surfer!
    We should hit the beach again when I'm done with work.

    If you want to experience a longtime OC ritual, try and make it to Huntington Beach this week because the annual surfing championships are being held (finals are this weekend). Bleachers are set up along the surf just south of the HB Pier and the entire area is jammed with people and festivities----but that makes it even more fun forpeople-watching. If the crowds bother ya, laid-back retro Seal Beach's pier and Main St. is like the "Mayberry" of beachtowns.

    amazing!!! I think that was beyond average.... never tried it.. but I'd be thrilled to be able to stand up for several seconds. Nice video.

    I wish I can do that, too.
    But I think first I need to learn how to swim. haha...
