[Cook] Oyako Donburi (Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl)

This week I am cooking Japanese Food. I have this cookbook "Let's Cook Japanese Food" for a while, but haven't tried any recipe from it yet. This cookbook is written by a Caucasian lady who married a Japanese man and moved to Japan. She learned how to cook Japanese food while living abroad and from her Japanese parents-in-law. The first recipe I made was Oyako Donburi, and it was a huge success. The chicken and egg rice bowl tasted even better than the ones we've had from Japanese restaurant!

[Cook] Ground Pork with Sweet Bean Paste over Rice

這道菜混著白飯吃很好吃,很下飯,做法也很簡單,帶點甜味應該會很受小朋友喜歡吧!


醬味肉末飯 Ground Pork with Sweet Bean Paste over Rice

材料:
2大匙橄欖油
1/2磅豬絞肉
1/2洋蔥末
3/4杯玉米(也可用其他蔬菜代替,例如紅蘿蔔丁)
3/4杯青豆
2大匙醬油
1大匙水
1大匙甜麵醬
1/2大匙酒
1/2大匙糖
1小匙太白粉
1小匙麻油
2碗飯

[Cook] Thai Red Curry Over Rice

很基本的泰式紅咖哩醬煮法,可使用任何你喜歡的肉跟蔬菜喔!我今天使用的是牛絞肉,感覺效果沒有用雞肉來的好吃,吃素的人也可以用豆腐代替肉,發揮想像力多多變化囉!



泰式紅咖哩 Thai Red Curry over Rice

材料:
1罐椰奶
1大匙泰式紅咖哩泥
1/2杯九層塔
3大匙魚露
1大匙黑糖
肉(各種你喜歡的肉)
蔬菜(各種你喜歡的蔬菜)
白飯(或是麫也可以啦)

不是我在說,這道菜煮出來的味道跟餐廳賣的一樣,煮法又超簡單,快速,材料也很容易準備,大家一定要試試看啦!



親子井 Chicken and Egg Domburi

材料:
1/2杯酒
1/2杯醬油
1/2杯米霖
1.5磅雞腿肉,切小塊
2根蔥,切斜段
1個洋蔥,切絲
5顆蛋,打散
白飯

[Cook] Parmesan Chicken and Rice



用剩飯變出來一道香噴噴的新菜,廢物利用果然不賴!

起司雞肉飯 Parmesan Chicken and Rice

材料:
1大匙橄欖油
1/2杯洋蔥末
1小匙蒜末
1/2小匙乾百里香(thyme)
1杯新鮮蘑菇片
4塊雞胸肉,切丁
1/2杯白酒
1/2小匙鹽
1/4小匙黑胡椒
2碗冷白飯
1杯雞高湯(或用水也可以,但是比較沒有那麼香)
1/2杯帕爾馬起司絲(Parmesan cheese)(或用你自己喜歡的起司)
1/4杯芫荽末(parsley)

[Cook] Sashimi Don

日式蓋飯來囉!而且今天的蓋飯超級簡單的,連煮都不用煮呢!嗯... 白飯還是要煮啦!哈哈~~~ 我爸昨天釣魚回來,切了新鮮生魚片,所以我就做了這生魚片井,新鮮生魚片真是很歐一西ㄌㄟ!


生魚片井 Sashimi Don

材料:
生魚片數片 (用自己喜歡的生魚片,我今天是用鯛魚)
醬油
芥末
海苔1片,切絲
白飯一碗

[Cook] Taiwanese Minced Pork Over Rice

不久前吃了朋友煮的滷肉 (他是弄成米粉炒給我們吃的),覺得很好吃,問了他是怎麼做的,自己就如法炮製一番,果然煮出來也是粉粉粉好吃呢! 害我不小心吃了好多飯啦!


香菇肉燥滷肉飯 Taiwanese Minced Pork Over Rice

材料:
1大匙油
4朵乾香菇
1磅豬絞肉
油蔥酥3大匙
五香粉1小匙
醬油3大匙
冰糖1大匙
米酒1杯
少許香菜 (可不加)
當然少不了白飯囉! (米粉或麪也可以)
如果想要多煮滷蛋的話,就準備白水煮蛋

[Cook] Curry Tuna Fried Rice

今天的炒飯有點印度風, 材料方面也是很容易準備,用剩飯炒出來的炒飯會更好吃喔!


奶油咖哩鮪魚炒飯 Curry Tuna Fried Rice

材料:
1/4杯奶油
2小匙咖哩粉
2根蔥,切末
3杯煮熟的飯
1/4杯熱水
1/2小匙鹽
1/8小匙胡椒
1罐鮪魚罐頭
3顆水煮蛋,切碎
