We haven't been to Original Pancake House for a while, and I really miss their yummy American breakfast.



We got there around 9-ish on this Saturday morning. Only had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table.


Orange Juice ($2.99) / Coffee ($2.50)

We started with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and a cup of joe.


Fresh Vegetarian Omelette ($10.99)
Our fluffy omelette filled with fresh broccoli, fresh tomatoes, fresh mushrooms and aged cheddar cheese.

I ordered Fresh Vegetarian Omelette. It was a giant fluffy omelette.



Broccoli, tomatoes, mushroom, and melted cheddar cheese. Super yum! I always eat omelet with ketchup. Dr. P thought it was strange. I thought EVERYONE does that. So how many people like to eat omelet with ketchup like I do?


Buttermilk Pancake / Fresh Strawberries

My omelet also came with 3 buttermilk pancakes. Our waitress accidentally entered the wrong order into the computer. So Dr. P's entree was taking a little longer. She apologized by giving us fresh strawberries to go with the pancakes.



The fresh strawberry pancake tasted heavenly. My mouth just started to water seeing this picture.


Eggs Benedict ($10.50)
A fresh toasted English muffin, topped with thick sliced Canadian bacon and two poached eggs covered with our rich Hollandaise sauce.

Dr. P ordered Eggs Benedict. It was made perfectly. This dish came with potato pancakes. It tasted so good with some sour cream and apple sauce.



Delicious delicious breakfast. And we have enough leftover for another big breakfast. Love this place!
