Ever since we tried Deemer's a few month ago, we were hooked. We came back a few times to get take-out for our burger and movie nights. I ALWAYS get the same thing, Napa Burger with yummy yummy goat cheese. One day we decided to go to the restaurant to have an early dinner over there.



The weather was nice, so we sat outside on the patio. This place got completely full around 6-ish. Lots of family with kids were here. We came here when they were first opened, and business was slow. Seemed like words got around, and people love Deemer's just as much as we do.



Double Chocolate Milkshake ($4.50)

Double Chocolate Milkshake from Deemer's is the BEST! It's rich and thick. So what if it has 2,000 calories? It was worth it!


Californian Burger ($7.75)
Monterey cheese, avocado relish, tomato, baby spinach, with herb aioli

I was really torn between ordering my usual Napa burger, or try something new. I love my Napa burger, but if I don't try other burger, how would I ever find out if there's something else I might like better? So I ordered myself a Californian Burger.



Fluffy buttery bun, creamy guacamole, juicy beef patty, tomato, fresh spinach, and herb aioli. How do they make their burger so perfectly? This was a seriously good burger! I really like spinach in my burger (Napa Burger also has spinach instead of lettuce). I think it made the burger tasted more sophisticated and gourmet.


Caliente Burger ($7.75)
Queso fresco cheese, sauteed jalapenos, tomato, lettuce, & fire sauce

Dr. P picked Caliente Burger. It was spicy, but not too much, just the right amount. I like that. You can actually taste the meat, cheese and veggies that way. If they make it too spicy, then you won't be able to taste anything except feeling the spiciness on your tongue. Dr. P loved this burger. He said everything was just in perfect combination. I tried it, thought it was good, but liked my Californian Burger a little better. I thought Caliente Burger tasted more "manly", while Californian Burger was more of a "girly" burger.


Frings ($4.25)

For the side, we got Frings. French fries + onion rings = Frings. How cute! haha.... The fries were good, but the onion rings were the best! So addicting.

I really like Deemer's. I told Dr. P once my wisdom teeth is completely heal (I still have trouble opening my jaw all the way so it's hard to eat sandwiches/burgers), I want to go back to Deemer's. If you are down in South OC and are in the mood for some seriously good burger, give Deemer's a try!
