[Los Angeles] [Peruvian] Mario's Peruvian & Seafood

Mario's Peruvian & Seafood
5786 Melrose Ave
Los Angeles, CA 90038
(323) 466-4181

公園媽媽家離這家餐廳很近,所以常常來這裡買外賣,而且買來買去好像都是一樣的菜色,秘魯菜味道真的很像西班牙+中國料理的混合體,不錯吃。

Mario's Peruvian restaurant is really close to Dr. Park's mom's house.  Whenever they can't figure out what to eat for dinner, his brother would go to Mario's for take out.  When they go to Mario's, they always order the same dishes.  I asked Dr. Park why don't they try some new dishes.  He said "if you already know what's good, why not stick with it?"

Ceviche De Pescado ($12.00)

Raw fish cooked in lemon juice, with onions and spices and served with boiled potatoes.  The fish is fresh and the limey sauce is tasty.  Great appetizer.

Fish in Tomato Sauce

Sorry I don't really know the name of this dish.  It's fish and potato in a tangy tomato sauce.  Dr.  Park's mom really like this dish.

Salad

Crsipy vegetable salad came with the fish dish.

Tallarin De Mariscos ($11.25)

Shrimp, squid, octopus and pasta, sauteed with onions and tomatoes.  This taste a lot like Chinese chow mein.  Very tasty and tons of seafood.

Arroz Chaufa De Camarones ($12.00)

Shrimp fried rice peruvian style.  I am not sure what exactly is Peruvian style, but it's a lot like Chinese style.  I love this fried rice.  It's so simple but delicious.

Dr. Park picked a rose wine to go with the meal.  I love rose wine because.... it's pink!  I guess girls just like anything pink.  haha....

After dinner, we had this super yummy dessert wine.  I love love love love this one!

Okok.... I know I'm not writing much in this post.  Well, it's July 3rd and all I can think about is tomorrow.... July 4th BBQ!!!!  Can't wait! ^^
