I bought a $8 for $20 voucher for Gandolfo's New York Delicatessen from KGB Deals. I don't really know what exactly is New York style sandwiches, but I am curious to try. And $8 for $20 sounded like a good deal to me!



They have a massive menu. We, and the other couple who were there before us, stood there for a long long time deciding what to get. Everything looked good, which made it even more difficult to pick just one.

My sister found The Market Grill on Yelp. It was the top rated restaurant in the city of Monrovia. My nice sister went to The Market Grill to get take us for us. She told us that this place is located inside a small convenience store in a residential neighborhood. People usually won't stop by the deli counter at a convenience store unless they're nearby. But this place has really good food. Words got around, and now people come from all over the place to try their sandwiches.

I was a little skeptical when sister told me about this place. How good can a sandwich be? Then I found out how GOOD can a sandwich be. This was the BEST chicken sandwich ever!

Pavilions是一家走比較有質感路線的超級市場，裡面的佈置比一般的超級市場漂亮，東西又非常新鮮，尤其最近興起的有機食品，這裡也都有賣，我很喜歡來這裡買菜，感覺很享受，不過價格是比一般超市貴了一點，但是享受購物的舒適可是無價的呢！


素三明治 Vegetarian Sandwich (US$4.99)

我家附近南帕沙迪納市的這家分店，裡頭有個現做三明治的專櫃，大概有十幾種選擇，這天去買菜時心血來潮點了個素三明治來吃吃看，沒想到出乎意料的好吃。

這天我接了一個幫新電視劇"NUMB3RS"宣傳的工作，到了Santa Monica工作，中午的時候經過這家跟一家衣服店連在一起的Mani's Bakery Cafe，同事強烈推薦好吃，於是我們就進去囉！



店很大很明亮，一半是賣衣服，另一半就是賣飲食的地方，有很多麵包跟蛋糕擺在櫥窗裡，Menu裡面大部分是湯、沙拉、三明治等輕食，服務生是個很漂亮的女生，大部分的客人都悠閒的喝著咖啡看報紙，回家上網醫看，才知道這家餐廳可是有名的呢！很多好萊塢大明星都喜歡光臨喔！

原來這家兼賣麵包糕點的餐廳，有名的是完全使用健康食材，怪不得會受到明星們的青睞，他們的常客包刮有海倫杭特、尚克勞德范達美、茱蒂福斯特、費唐娜薇、丹尼狄維托、嗆辣紅椒合唱團、蜜雪兒菲佛、提姆波頓、潔美李寇蒂斯等等等。

老闆的名字就叫做Mani，他曾經是麥可傑克遜的私人廚師，他是如何在好萊塢打開名號的呢？因為他曾經在丹尼狄維托的要求下，製作出了無糖、無胖、無奶製品、沒有炸過的甜甜圈，而且味道吃起來跟真的甜甜圈一模一樣，從此以後Mani就成為這些怕胖的好萊塢明星的最佳選擇囉！
