My cousin's wedding will be at Marriott San Mateo Hotel tomorrow night. This is also the hotel we are staying at. After 6+ hours of driving, we finally arrived at San Mateo. Quick check in at the front desk, mom and dad in one room, brother and girlfriend in one room, and Dr. P and I in one room. Parking is expensive.. $16 per day.
Our room is a King size bed room. It was quite big, and the king size bed has 3 pillows on it. 3 pillows? This bed was meant for 3 people? Hmmmm.... Interesting!
The bathroom looked pretty new. They use Bath and Body Work shampoo, lotion, etc...
Standard bathroom. I don't like the toilet because the seat moves. You guys know how annoying moving toilet seat is, right? When you aim at the seat to sit down, the seat slips, and somehow half of your cheek end up sitting on the hard thin part of the toilet rim. Not only it's uncomfortable, it makes you feel really dirty, too. Yeah.... You know what I mean.
Nice flat screen TV. Free coffee maker inside the cabinet. If you want to use internet in the room, it's $9.95 per day. But if you would like to use the wireless internet for free, just head over to the lobby area like what I am doing right now.

For the three rooms we got, they are all different size, which is really strange. My parents got a really small corner room with a giant bathroom. We have a big room but small bathroom. My brother and his girlfriend got a huge room with huge bathroom, but no bathtub just shower. Also the opening under the door is huge. I can see people's shoes when they walk by the hallway. Now that's really strange. Overall, this hotel just has a really strange vibe. But there are so many weddings going on tonight at the hotel. People everywhere. Music everywhere. Maybe everybody thinks this is a great hotel, but we are the strange ones who think otherwise?
Oh well, no matter what, we will have a fantastic time at my cousin's wedding tomorrow!

Those different room sizes sound really bizarre! At least it looks nice.
