[Irvine] [Korean] Korea House

Korea House

After the beer fest, for some reason I was craving meat, lots of meat. All you can eat Korean BBQ = lots of meat. It was an obvious choice. A quick search on Yelp on my phone, we found Korea House.

Korea House offers all you can eat Korean BBQ for $19.99 per person with 5 choices of meat. We got there right before the crowd around 5:30pm. By 6pm, the restaurant was packed with tons of people waiting outside the door.

Banchan

We were hungry, and ate the banchan so fast when the waitress brought them out. Everything was good. My favorite was the stewed potatoes.

Salad / Rice Sheet / Radish

Salad, rice sheet, and radish to wrap the meat with.

All You Can Eat Korean BBQ ($19.99/person)

We asked for all 5 types of meat, and the waitress brought out two big plateful. Thin sliced beef, pork belly, bulgogi (marinated beef), chicken, and spicy pork were the choices. We thought everything was delicious.

We thought we were really hungry. I guess we felt hungry for food, but our stomach was still filled with beer because after just one round, we couldn't eat anymore. 1 round! Man we definitely didn't get our money worth this time. haha...

Rice / Soup

Rice and soup also came with the meal. The soup tasted like it was cooked with pork bone. Quite tasty.

Steamed Egg

Of course gotta have some steamed egg with Korean BBQ.

This was Dr. P half way through the meal. Beer all afternoon + meat meat meat = falling asleep during dinner.

Watermelon

2 slices of watermelon came with the bill.

We like this place. Want to come back again when we can actually eat. We paid our bill, went home, and passed out. Brew Ha Ha was awesome. Hope to be there again next year!

  1. Making me hungry. Great post! You should try gen for $19.99 for 20+ meats when you're in tustin. It's new restaurant, think you'll like!

    Wow! 20+ types of meats?
We HAVE TO check out that place soon.
Thanks so much for the info, Sheens!
