On the left is the dress in ivory, and on the right the dress is in white. I listened to my mom's suggestion and bought the ivory one. We are planning to have a simple ceremony at the city courthouse, and have a wedding reception at a Chinese restaurant. So I was looking for a simple and elegant dress that's not too grand.

I love the flowing skirt and detailed embroidery on this dress.
Here's a close up of the bodice. So what do you guys think of this dress? How much would you pay for a dress like this? I will take actual picture when I receive the dress, and let you guys know the price. Just remember... (as my brother's fiancee said when I told her about this dress) I am the queen of bargain! haha....

I have to say KUDOs for choosing the lovely veil, it completes the whole ensemble. Not everyone can wear veil or have the guts to, but it will look just right on you :) I can't wait to see gorgeous pictures. What about accessories? Flowers? Your avid readers wants to be more involved! :P

I like ivory, too. I feel it is more suitable to your skin tone. I am thinking $200-400 for the dress and veil.

But white looks the best on darker skin.
Also you need to have perfect white teeth. Otherwise white dress makes you teeth look yellowish.
