Doggies

Our apartment building does not allow dogs.  I want a dog so bad!



I started my internship for this semester at an emergency animal hospital last week.  A lady came to visit with her Irish wolfhound.  The technicians at the hospital told me that this lady comes to visit 3 or 4 times a week and brings cookies or coffee for everyone.  She is just a fan of the hospital.  What a nice lady!  She is a tiny old lady with this 180 lbs giant dog.  The dog looks a little intimidating because of his size, but he is super sweet and friendly.




Just to show you how big Irish wolfhound is, I found a picture on the internet.  This dog is BIG!!!!



This week we neutered/spayed 5 Labradors in our class.  Our group worked with Louie.  He's 6 month old.  Just a sweet and gentle dog.  I really like Labradors.  They are smart, and have the sweetest temperament.  I don't think I've ever met a mean Labrador.



Louie was getting sleeping after we gave him the pre-anesthesia drug.  He's so handsome with a pink nose. haha....



This little girl is Heidi.  I love her girly cute face.  She kept on moving around and I couldn't get a clear shot of her.  So I held her head and took a picture.



Then I let go of my hand and stood up, but Heidi didn't move.  She just kept on staring at me.  So cute!



This one is Jax.  He's resting after surgery.  He looks so cute even when he's not doing anything.

I love dogs!  Can't wait to move to a new place after our lease is up so we can have 1 or 2 (or 3 or 4?) dogs!
