什錦湯 Combination Soup
Everyone loved the soup. It had a bit of everything in there. Meat balls, shrimp, egg/seaweed/pork roll, squid, pork stomach, black ear mushroom, mushroom, glass noodle, napa cabbage.... Love it!
小炒豬腳皮 Stir-Fried Pig Skin w/ Green Pepper and Black Bean Sauce
The spicy pork skin tasted chewy, not fatty at all. It was very good with rice.
筍干炒腊肉 Sun Dried Bamboo Shoot with Stir-Fried Hunan Smoked Ham
I don't normally like Smoked Ham. I usually find it too salty and dry. But their Hunan Smoked Ham was actually quite good.
紅燒蹄膀 Stewed Pork Hock
紙鍋臭豆腐燒肥腸 Strong Odor Tofu and Fried Pork Intestein
My absolute favorite dish of the night. Their stinky tofu was pretty stinky. It smelt like heaven to me though.

長豆角煸茄子 Stir Fried Eggplant and Long Beans
百合西洋芹 Stir Fried Celery
