Last time I blogged about Corner Bakery Cafe, I mentioned that they forgot to give me the lemon bar that I ordered for to-go. Somebody from Corner Bakery Cafe contacted me and offered me some coupons for the incident. At first I was really surprised that they found my blog. I thought it really shows how much they care about their customers.
So with the coupon, Dr. P and I made a visit to Corner Bakery Cafe for lunch. The line was long when we arrived, but it was moving pretty quickly.
Sandwich Combo ($7.29)
1/2 Sandwich or 1/2 Panini with Caesar Salad, Mix Greens, or Cup of Soup
Dr. P ordered a Sandwich Combo with 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup. The soup was cheddar broccoli, and Dr. P loved it. It was creamy and tasty. He picked a turkey sandwich. He said it was terrific, but again, he thought the bread crust was too hard with the little grains in it. But other than that, the ingredient was really fresh.
Harvest Salad with Roasted Chicken ($7.79)
Roasted chicken, crisp green apples, toasted walnuts, blue cheese and currants tossed with our mixed greens, balsamic vinaigrette and harvest crisps.
I ordered Harvest Salad with Roasted Chicken. It had chicken, apples, walnuts, blue cheese, and currants. Just love the mix! The dressing was tangy and delicious. Chicken was really tender. I enjoyed the salad a lot!
We like Corner Bakery Cafe a lot. We saw somebody eating a big bowl of pasta, and it looked so good. We plan to go back next time to try their pasta!

Looks fantastic! Even the sliced deli meats are sliced thickly. Yay. I always wanted to visit my Corner Bakery Cafe and your post makes me want to go even more with all the good food.
ReplyDeleteOnly if Yogurtland's customer service was as good as Corner Bakery Cafe's! They did pass by my blog but never responded to anything I sent to them or wrote about them.
What happened at Yogurtland?
Yup. That salad is very good! I remember being very impressed when trying it. If you like paninis, they have a good one with chicken that I enjoy often.

We have corner bakery here, too. Try the sweet crisp. They are so tasty! also their tomato basil soup is good,too.

Corner bakery has great food and great service. they really seem to care about their customers and the quality of their food. Great experience and we'll be back.
ReplyDeleteNow that Jerry's hot dog place... they didn't even respond to emails, even after a pretty significant incident that was completely their fault. Makes me realize what eateries will stay in business and which ones will not.
Exactly! Let's go back to Corner Bakery again!
