Dr. P enjoyed Mimi's Cafe breakfast a lot last time, and wanted to go back again.  He never signed up for any email offer because he doesn't want to get any junk emails.  But for Mimi's free breakfast offer, he signed up for their eClub.


Coffee ($2.09) / Orange Juice

Gotta have a cup of fresh brewed hot coffee to start the morning.  We also both had a glass of complimentary orange juice.




Low-Fat Blueberry Muffin ($1.79)

We really like Mimi's blueberry muffin.  Last time a muffin came with an omelet order.  But we ordered one this time.  It was a low-fat muffin, but it didn't taste like low-fat food at all.  It was soft, moist, and simply delicious.


Garlic Fries ($2.99)

Ok I know it is not exactly a breakfast item.  But I saw Garlic Fries on their lunch menu, and just really wanted it.  The fries didn't really have any garlic at all.  I think maybe it was sprinkled with garlic salt?  There were Parmesan cheese and parseley sprinkled on top.  It was good fries, but not as garlicky as we'd like.


Eggs Benedict ($8.99)
Smoked ham and creamy hollandaise.

Dr. P ordered Eggs Benedict again.  He really likes Mimi's version.



The ham in the Eggs Benedict was super thick.  We've never had such big ham with Eggs Benedict before.  The ham was yummy.


Chipotle Breakfast Burrito ($8.99)
Tomato tortilla stuffed with scrambled eggs, shredded beef, green onions, cilantro and black beans.  Topped with chipotle sauce and melted cheeses.  Served with red skin potatoes.

I ordered Chipotle Breakfast Burrito.  It was a giant burrito.  I only ate 1/4 and was already full.



There were eggs, shredded beef and beans inside the burrito.  Love the melted cheese on top and the spicy Chipotle sauce.



Yummy breakfast!  We really like Mimi's Cafe's breakfast.  Maybe we should sign up for another free email account for another breakfast coupon?  haha....  We're cheaters!
