[Cook] Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

This is a 15-minute cooking time meal, and it's yummy and healthy as well!


Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

4 salmon fillets
Salt
Pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1. Place salmon fillets in a foil-lined baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. While salmon is cooking, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard and vinegar in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.

3. Brush the sauce evenly over salmon. Broil for an addition 2 minutes.
