We found Gelato Paradiso by pure chance and luck! So we were just walking down Coast Highway, then I spotted this little alley way. I just felt like walking in there to see what stores are in this narrow alley. There were a restaurant, a chocolate shop, and some clothing stores.
All the way at the end of the alley, we saw a long line of people. What were they in line for?
Gelato! With that many people waiting in line, this must be good. So we got into line, and it moved pretty fast.
Lots of flavor to choose from. We both felt like fruity flavors.
We got a medium in waffle cone to share. We picked 1/2 cherry and 1/2 guava. This was one seriously good gelato. The ice cream was soft, creaming, not too sweet, and tasted like real fruit flavor. One bite and we were hooked. Now we have to go to Gelato Paradiso every time we go to Laguna Beach.
I went back there a few days later with parents, aunt and cousin when they came down to visit. EVERYONE loved the gelato, especially the mango one. Can't wait to go back again!
