My friend Jenivieve had her MV release party at Forbes Entertainment.  I used to love the nightlife scene a lot back when I was younger.  But now I rarely go to clubs or bars.  But since I was just at Forbes, let's do a bar review.



Forbes is a karaoke bar.  You can sing in front of a crowd.  Or you can get a private room on the second floor, but I think that's gonna cost you quite a bit.  They have mandarin songs, Cantonese songs, and English songs.  The place is not that big.  They also have a bar, where my friend Jen works as a bartender on the weekend.




Cocktails are about $8 each.



Beers are about $4.

They also serves some snack food, as well as noodles.  We ordered some curry fish balls and chicken wings.  I didn't have the fish balls, but the curry smelt good.  The chicken wings were pretty sad looking, small and dry.  I tried one.  It actually tasted better than it looked, but still not that good.  And food is really pricey here.

Honestly, I probably won't come here if it wasn't for my friend's party.  But if you live around the area and feel like doing karaoke one night, you can come in, order a drink, and sing all night.
