Iris' Sandwich

同事Iris帶了自己做的三明治來請大家吃，用越南式的法國麵包，中間夾了芥末沙拉醬調味過的肉鬆，配上紅蘿蔔、黃瓜和香菜，很適合夏天的一道三明治，好吃！

Coworker Iris made delicious sandwiches and brought them to work for us.



The French bread was from a Vietnamese sandwich soup.  She mixed Chinese dry meat flakes with wasabi mayo from Trader Joe's, and topped it with marinated carrot sticks, cucumber sticks and cilantro.  Simple and delicious summer sandwich.  I really like it.   Will try to make the same one at http://www.eileenlikestoeat.com next time.
