I don't know what it is about coupon. I don't normally eat fastfood. But when I get coupons, it's as if they have some kind of hypnotic power that keeps on telling me "use me... use me...". And I just received some of those evil coupons from Del Taco in the mail the other day.

平常不怎麼吃速食，但是只要一收到折價卷，就會莫名其妙的被催眠，乖乖去報到，前幾天又收到了Del Taco的邪惡折價卷。


Chicken Soft Taco ($0.99)

I used a "Buy 1 Chicken Soft Taco Get 1 Free" coupon last Wednesday for dinner. The chicken taco was small, but fat.

上星期三用了買一送一雞肉塔可的折價卷，帶了兩個塔可去公司當晚餐，塔可不大，但是胖胖的。





For $0.99, they really gave you a lot of chicken. There was some kind of yummy sour cream/mayo sauce all over the chicken. With some crisp shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese, this is a pretty good soft chicken taco. Two of those were just perfect for my dinner.

這個只要$0.99的雞肉塔可真的有不少雞肉，雞肉上面有滿滿的酸奶/美乃滋醬，配上生菜絲和起司，真的還蠻好吃的，而且兩個塔可剛剛好夠吃。


Bean and Cheese Burrito

I was happy with my chicken taco. So I went back again on Thursday to get the Big Deal, which I saw on their menu the day before. For $2.99, you get 2 Bean & Cheese Burritos, 1 Taco and 1 drink. It sounded like a pretty good deal. But then when I was waiting for my food and looking at the menu, I realized it's actually not. Each Bean & Cheese Burrito costs $0.99. One drink is about $1. They don't even have "one taco" on the menu, but you can get 3 taco for $1. So actually for this Big Deal, you're only getting 1 taco for free.

對雞肉塔可很滿意，所以星期四又回去買了前一天在菜單上看到的Big Deal，$2.99有兩個豆泥起司捲餅，一個塔可和一杯飲料，聽起來好像是不錯的特價，但是後來等餐的時候看了菜單，好像也沒多特價，因為一個豆泥起司捲餅是$0.99，一杯飲料差不多$1，菜單上根本沒有賣一個塔可，而是三個塔可$1，所以算一算這所謂的特價也只不過是多了一個塔可而已。



You can pick either green or red sauce for the burrito. I opted for the red sauce. The burrito tasted like... well, bean and cheese. There was really nothing special about it. I did got really full just eating one burrito, but somehow didn't feel satisfied at all. I didn't feel like eating the second burrito and gave it to a co-worker.

豆泥起司捲餅可以選紅醬或綠醬，我選了紅醬，捲餅吃起來的味道... 就是豆子和起司，沒什麼特別，吃了一個捲餅感覺蠻飽的，但是完全沒有滿足感啊！吃了一個以後就不怎麼想吃第二個，就送給同事了。


Beef Taco

If I can pick hard shell taco or soft taco, I prefer soft taco. But the taco that came with the order was a small hard shell beef taco.

通常吃塔可我比較喜歡軟皮的，但是Big Deal給的是個小小的脆皮牛肉塔可。



The beef inside the taco shell tasted weird. It has a very strange texture. It didn't really taste like beef, but like some kind of artificial canned beef. I didn't like it at all.

包在塔可裡面的牛肉末吃起來有點怪怪的，就整個口感很奇怪，吃起來不怎麼像牛肉，有種很人工、有點罐頭的感覺，完全不喜歡。

I had chicken quesidilla from Del Taco before and liked it. I also like the chicken soft taco. Maybe I just like chicken? I still have a few more Del Taco coupons. Will I come back with coupons? That's a maybe.

之前吃過他們的雞肉起司煎餅，覺得還不錯，這次吃的雞肉塔可也蠻喜歡的，還有幾張折價卷，所以也許還會再回來試試其他的餐點吧！
