Birthday Treats from Sister

My sister came to visit me the day before my birthday, and she brought me a lot of goodies.


八寶飯 Eight Treasures Rice

Homemade eight treasures rice with all organic ingredients.  It looked so good, and tasted even better!  I was like "wow you made this?!?!" when I saw it.  My sister's pretty talented at making dessert.



Muffins

A box full of muffins, dried fruits, nuts, and strawberries.


Yogurt, Chocolate Pudding & Jam

Yogurt with pomegranate topped with cookie crumb was a yummy breakfast.  Chocolate pudding with strawberry and mint was a delicious dessert.  Then there were four different jams for me to enjoy with some bread.


Oro Gold Moisturizing Day Cream

My sister went to Arcadia mall.  When she passed by one of those kiosk cart, a man stopped her and asked her to try this Oro Gold Moisturizing Day Cream.  After trying, my sister was thought the cream felt really good on her hands.  The guy gave her a sample, and told her they were having a special of buy 1 get 1 free that day.  And one Oro Gold Moisturizing Day Cream is $250!  So my sister said she would think about it, and the guy's attitude went from nice to cold.  His smile instantly went away after my sister said that, and just walked away.



So my sister gave me this sample to try.  If one full size cream is $250, this sample here is probably worth $5.  On the package it stated that there were actually 24 karat gold in the cream.  I tried it on my face.  The cream was very rich, and smelt really good.  It was just milky white cream, and I didn't spot any gold in it.  It made my skin very soft, but felt kinda oily.  I found the cream for sale online.  It's actually $125 for one.  And that guy was trying to sell to my sister for $250 buy 1 get 1 free?  What a cheater!!
