Mom and I went to IKEA on Friday for their one day pillow sale. The $49.99 down pillow was on sale for $9.99! We got there at noon and it was sold out. The employee said that people started lining up at 8am. They opened at 10am. Pillow was gone by 10:30am. Oh well, fine, no pillow. But let's get some IKEA food.
Apple Salmon ($6.99)
Mom got the apple salmon. A small piece of salmon served with apple sauce. I never had salmon with apple sauce. It turned out to be pretty good. Maybe I'll try that combo at http://www.eileenlikestoeat.com next time. Mom liked the fish, but thought the potato and veggie was a bit too salty.
Meatballs ($4.99)
I got 15 meatballs with mashed potato. I LOVE Ikea's meatball. Eat it with gravy, it's 7/10 points. Eat it with gravy AND lingoberry sauce, it's 12/10 points! I bought the frozen meatballs, lingoberry sauce and gravy powder packs to bring http://www.eileenlikestoeat.com from the food market. You can used the frozen cooked meatballs to make spaghetti, too.
After shopping, we also ate at the little cafe near the exit. Hot dog ($0.50) x 2, coffee ($1.00), and nonfat frozen yogurt ($1.00) x 3. Yes, mom liked it so much that she had 2! I really like shopping at IKEA because of their food!

Today IKEA had free breakfast with a coupon in the flyer. Whenever I go to IKEA, I always get their swidsh meatballs.

haha Actually I'm the "carry the big box http://www.eileenlikestoeat.com and put the furniture together by myself" kinda girl.
They also have cinnamon bun for $1 or box of 6 for $4. Good deal!
I love their meatball too! The lingoberry sauce is just too good :)
