My sister found The Market Grill on Yelp. It was the top rated restaurant in the city of Monrovia. My nice sister went to The Market Grill to get take us for us. She told us that this place is located inside a small convenience store in a residential neighborhood. People usually won't stop by the deli counter at a convenience store unless they're nearby. But this place has really good food. Words got around, and now people come from all over the place to try their sandwiches.


Chicken California Sandwich ($7.75)
Chicken, cheddar, tomatoes, spinach, avocado, garlic mayo

I was a little skeptical when sister told me about this place. How good can a sandwich be? Then I found out how GOOD can a sandwich be. This was the BEST chicken sandwich ever!

My brother has been to Shanghai Bamboo House a few times.  He thought the food was good and the price was reasonable.  So we had our family dinner there last night.



I remember coming to the same location before with my parents.  It used to be a Korean soon tofu place.  The food wasn't very good.  So we weren't surprised that it was closed.  Business at Shanghai Bamboo House was very good.  The restaurant was completely full on Sunday night.

Red Lobster是美國到處都有的海鮮連鎖餐廳，價錢中等，食物蠻好吃，份量也跟一般美國餐廳一樣給的很大，這天我是跟家人一起來用餐。


起司麵包和凱薩沙拉 Cheese Biscuit & Ceasar Salad

點完餐點以後，服務生先上了起司麵包，我最喜歡吃這裡的前餐麵包了，他們做的比士吉(biscuit)裡面有著濃濃的起司和香料的香味，而且吃起來是溼潤而不是乾乾的那種，我真的很喜歡。

接了一個當秘密訪客的工作，就是到指定的餐廳用餐，之後針對食物及服務方面寫一份報告，這天接到的工作是到位於 Holiday Inn 飯店裡的餐廳 M Polos Cafe & Lounge 吃早餐，原本滿心期待飯店裡的餐廳應該不錯，沒想到踩到地雷，而且還是個大大大大地雷！

我們到的時間是早上九點多，一走到餐廳大門就看到個大大的紅色C，在美國的餐廳有衛生署來省核餐廳衛生，乾淨的餐廳有個A，有些小缺點的來個B，不是太乾淨的就是C，而且C是很醒目的紅色，低於C以下的餐廳就強制關門直到改善為止，通常我是不會進去C的餐廳，但是這天為了工作，只能硬著頭皮進去。

進餐廳以後，居然半個人都沒有，不但沒客人，連服務生都不見人影，我們大約站了十分鐘，才有個服務生從餐廳後方的門出現，帶我們入座送上菜單後，又消失了很久很久，讓我們等了很久才點菜，另外還有別的客人進門也是一樣的狀況。

來看看餐點吧！早餐都有附上吐司，服務生會問你要白吐司還是全麥吐司，我選了全麥吐司，抹上奶油烤過的吐司，算是最普通的餐點，但是也是今天最好吃的吧！
